[ About ]

Ottr is a creative agency for sport and performance brands, built by people who rode, raced, and trained long before producing strategy decks and content calendars.

That's not a line for a pitch deck. It's why the work doesn't feel like it was made by outsiders. We know why a group ride matters more than a podium shot, and the difference between a bike that looks fast and one a rider actually talks about.

Most agencies sell you strategy, then hand you off to someone else to make it. We don't. Strategy and production sit at the same desk, on the same day.

[ HISTORY ]

Competitors first. Filmmakers second.

Sport came first, and it didn't start with a bike.

Dan trialled for Great Britain in ice hockey. Max competed in rugby and weightlifting. Cycling only entered the picture in the last ten years, alongside three ultramarathons, half and full ironmans and local races.

None of that shows up in a shot list. But it's why we know the difference between a brand talking about sport and one that's actually lived inside it. You don't fake the last rep of a set, or the last mile of an ultra. We don't fake the story either.

The craft side isn't borrowed either. Dan's been directing for over ten years, on commercial work well beyond the size of a typical sports brief. Max has been shooting as DoP since university.

Ottr grew out of both halves: competitors who understand the sport, and craftspeople who'd already proven themselves on bigger sets than most agencies this size ever get near.
